VeloraPay protects both you and our engineers. When you book an installation, the calculated amount is held securely in escrow. Funds are only released to the engineers once you inspect the on-site physical work and digitally sign off on the installation through your Client Portal.
Our typical dispatch time is under 24 hours for major metropolitan areas. For customers with an active SLA subscription, we guarantee technician dispatch within 4 hours of payment authorization.
Our calculator prices reflect the structural configuration and mounting labor. During checkout, you can specify if you need us to procure the hardware (billed at hardware MSRP via VeloraPay) or if you will supply the equipment on-site.
All structured copper and fiber cabling includes a 15-year certification warranty. Access point mounts and conference room AV racks are covered by our 3-year warranty. If any termination fails, we dispatch a tech free of charge.
